How You Save Your Life Stories:

In your private KangaTime account we provide you different tools that help you to tell and save the fun and meaningful memories. You start by creating an individual Storyline for yourself and for anyone special in your life, such as your children, spouse, your parents, favorite aunt or your devoted pet. The tools feature below help you to save the individual items, then they are automatically woven into your individual life stories.

Life Events (memories & details) —
Your life is peppered with important teachers, friends, mentors, heroes, and events which shape us through the years. KangaTime helps you so that you won’t forget these details, events, and how they shape your own life stories.

Record —
Audio: The power of the human voice is powerful and it is precious. Think how wonderful it would be if you could hear your late grandparent’s voice once again, and whenever you wanted? Whether it’s recording your parents talking today, or periodically your kids so you can listen to how their voices change through the years — from toddler to adult years.

Video: You can record new videos directly on the spot from your iPhone, or upload previously recorded video clips to your various Storylines. Your videos will now be easily found and enjoyed more often thanks to KangaTime.

Photos —
At KangaTime we encourage you to put your favorite pictures into your respective Storylines, and give them the attention that they deserve.

Memorabilia —
Ticket stubs; your college acceptance letter; images of your hard-won trophies; or a photo of a hand-written note from your grandmother. Memorabilia items are all part of people’s life stories, and no longer should remain lost in the back of closets or boxed up in your attic.

Favorite Things —
Your life evolves. Your children’s lives move along rapidly. When you were a kid you may have carried your favorite Teddy bear everywhere. It was a favorite thing. Your son may prize his guitar, and while your husband kept baseball cards as a kid, he may currently treasure his fishing boat or convertible. Take photos and save these things to your respective Storylines… because through the years they change, but they are still special and they help to tell the story of you.

Journal Entries —
Tell your own story… as it happens. Or chronicle the lives of others important to you. It can be as simple as “Today James was voted team captain! Mom and Dad couldn’t be more proud.” The Journal Entry tool in KangaTime can be used to note the happy occasions, the sad moments, or simply the opportunity to reflect.
